Phillip replaced our roof a couple of years ago which involved replacing a large section of roof decking which had rotted. His crew did an excellent job working around our screened in pool enclosure without damaging it and they cleaned up everthing afterwards. I am just now writing a review because last year, we developed a leak and his came right out to assess and repaired it. One of the flashings had pulled up. And 6 months ago, the back portion over our patio started leaking. Again, he came right out to assess it. Turns out our gutter had come loose and the back and forth motion had cut into the roof shingles and caused the rain to rot the decking at that area. It was not his fault. Even though it was a very small job, he fixed the problem quickly at a reasonable price. I really appreciate him responding in a timely manner to both incidents. He stands behind his work.

They do great work . I've used them for lots of home improvements, new metal roof ,vinyl siding, screened in front porch and a lento off my shop .

Mr. Phil and his team of prfessionala came out and installed my roof. They did a great job and were very clean and quick while delivering quality work. I will definately be calling them in the future. You wont be disappointed with this team of folks. Thanks A+ Home Improvements.

Mr. Phillip Burt is the best contractor I have ever worked with. He  gave me a very fair estimate on installing 11 windows and two doors in a sunroom and extensive deck reconstruction. He started on time, finished in two weeks with an excellent crew. He sent pictures, communicated very well and had great ideas.

I am so proud of the improvements to our lake house and I give him all the credit!!
